This weekend's long run was supposed to be 6 miles. Since we need to check it out by 10am tomorrow and I have to work Sunday, I was worried I wouldn't be able to get my long run in. Instead of resting today, I just did my long run. I tried to map it on MapMyRun.com, but then I wasn't sure I had run long enough before I turned around to come back. My distance above was calculated when I got back, but I was conservative in my measuring.
It was a nice run; breezier than yesterday. There were still a fair amount of people out walking and running today as well. I noticed a lot more cars, but I think a lot of people were checking out today and so were heading to turn in their keys. I felt pretty good but I took a big nap later this afternoon. I also saw some tree trimmers hard at work. They waved when I ran by. I didn't see any bears or wild animals. Darn.
