Today we had in-service at school and afterwards I met my dad for lunch and to see the trail at Haverford College. We went to Dakota and then went back to school. The Haverford College trail is a half mile walk from school, and then the the trail is 2.2 miles long. So it's conveniently 3.2 miles total. My dad tore his meniscus so we just walked. It was a lot of fun because I don't always get to see my dad too often. It will be good to run when it starts getting dark early and I'm trying to train.
