Tuesday Week 6

It's the beginning of week 6 which is another step-back week. My mid-week mileage is the same as last week, but my long run is only 7 miles this weekend.

I did my 3 miles on the treadmill this evening. Tuesdays and Thursdays are not supposed to be hard runs, so the treadmill helps me not push the pace too much. I ran at 5.1 mph on a 1% incline. (A 1% incline supposedly mimics the wind resistance you would have if you were running outside.) It's kind of boring in there, but there were some kids playing on the playground I could see through the window. So that was exciting.

Phone interview tomorrow...cross your fingers!
