Beginning of Week 5!!

Here's the schedule:
Tuesday - 3 miles
Wednesday - up to 5 miles
Thursday - 3 miles
Saturday - 10 miles

I ran three miles in the Kingswood loop. It was really nice out but I still was really sweaty by the end. I'm still not feeling as great as I did 2 weeks ago, but not too shabby today. We'll see how I feel during my 5 miles tomorrow.
