I had to get up to do my 4 miles pretty early because I have to work tonight. I didn't feel much better than yesterday, but that's probably because I hadn't had much rest time and I didn't sleep well. My first two miles were alright, but I had to walk part of the uphill on the second two. My training program says it's alright to walk every now and then because I will most likely be walking through water stations during the race. I normally TRY not to walk when I'm doing my shorter training runs though. The weather was nice, I was sweating but it was much more pleasant today than it's been recently. I was still averaging sub-12 minute miles, so that's pretty good.
