This evening I got in my 3 mile run scheduled for today. (I tacked on an extra 0.1 miles for an even 5K.) I got up later and then went to the Phillies game, so I didn't have time to run this morning. By the time I got home Chris was home, so he headed out on his bike to keep me company.
These are my favorite runs. He plays music on his phone and gives me encouragement when I need it. My legs were feeling REALLY heavy for the first half of my run, so it was nice to have him there - especially on the hills!
