It's time for a new training plan!!
I am currently focusing on training for the Runner's World Festival in Bethlehem, PA in October. I will be running the Hat Trick: a 5K and 10K on Saturday morning and a half-marathon on Sunday morning. Because I have never attempted this, I purchased a Runner's World training plan geared towards this race weekend. I will be following this plan for the next 12 weeks.
Today was an easy 2 miles. I got up and did them before work. The weather was perfect!
