Cross Training Week 2

Hi, again if you're still reading this.
Sundays are cross training days. It helps your muscles recover from the long run on Saturday. I walked on the treadmill for half an hour and I rode a recumbent bike for half an hour. I take it really easy, especially since I'm so sore from my 7 miles yesterday. But it does seem to loosen up my muscles. A little. Plus it's great since I can read while I do it. Ok, back to job searching and Shark Week!
