"Long" Run

Today my "long" run was only 3.1 miles. Chris rode along on his bike while I ran. (This is pretty much my new favorite thing. He plays Pandora on his phone and sings inspirational songs when I'm huffing and puffing or when I'm near the end.) I pushed WAY too hard in the beginning and the heat caught up with me! I had to slow way, way down. Which is alright since it should have been an easy run!
