Cross Training

Today was scheduled for a 30 minute walk. Despite the heat, I headed outside around lunchtime. I had my Zune and it was pretty breezy, so it wasn't too terrible. (I was still really sweaty though!!)

I picked a route that I don't normally run (well, parts of it I don't run), so I made sure to complete 30 minutes and then checked it out on Map My Run when I got home.

2.4 Miles in 34:24 -----> 14:20 pace (I'm happy with anything under 15:00 for a walk, especially in the heat!)

Shoes: 59.8
