Over the weekend I did a 1 mile time trial on the track. It was HOT and I was out around noon. I FELT good, but I was 33 seconds slower than my mile four weeks ago. I hadn't really run in between so I'm hoping it was a combination of that and the weather that made me slow. We'll see how I do next time I time a mile!
