Best Body Bootcamp

So a few weeks I signed up for Tina's Best Body Bootcamp. I had read about it on a few blogs and decided I would try it for the summer session. For $40 you get 8 weeks of strength training and cardio workouts. Tina also encourages everyone to set two goals to work towards each week. Last week and this week I'm focusing on flossing every night and drinking 4+ cups of water each day. Last week I did well with my goals until we went away...then I started slacking. Hopefully this week I can do better. Each week there are 3 $100 winners and at the end of the eight weeks there are 3 $1,000 winners! You have to complete a certain number of goals/workouts to be eligible.
I enjoyed the workouts so far...they were tough but I got through the two strength workouts that I did. I am keeping up with my running as my cardio.
I'm also working on eating better. I met with a nutritionist a few times and I'm trying to use MyFitnessPal to help keep track of what I eat. I need to eat more fruits and veggies every day and fewer meals at restaurants! We'll see how it goes.
I went on a very warm 2.5 mile run this morning around 9am. I need to get up earlier because I was already sweating buckets by this time!!!
