So, I signed up for a do-at-home/gym boot camp. It started Monday and it's been going pretty well so far. I've decided to cut down my running since my foot was hurting in my last race.
Hopefully with more strength training it gets better. I've also decided to just track my mileage until Halloween and then try to beat that number next year. I don't think I'll be anywhere close to 1,000 miles by October! But we'll see.
