Running to the Gym

It was another GORGEOUS evening for a run. This is like my all-time favorite weather. I love it!! I had a training appointment so I ran to the gym. I like breaking up my run with strength training because it will help me get ready for the Spartan Race in September. I felt pretty good again during my run and I think I am ready for Broad Street. My goal is 1:35. I ran about 1:39 last year, so I think it's a plausible goal.

At the gym I did my second fit test. I improved a lot since March 21. I could do 5 more situps in 1 minute, 2 more biceps curls in 30 seconds, 6 more pushups in 30 seconds, and I held my wall sit ONE MINUTE longer than last time. I'm feeling great!
