Yesterday I ran a local 5K that my cousin put together as a fundraiser for her job. I thought they had excellent turnout for the inaugural race. The temperature was a little chillier than it had been, but still excellent weather. The course was pretty hilly, but not awful. My back hurt around mile 2 and I walked for a couple seconds and it loosened up. I was able to finish under 30 minutes so I was happy.
