Thursday evening I had personal training after work. I was doing an exercise where you roll on a mat and use your momentum to stand up, and I hurt my back. It was a little sore but after my training session I still went out and ran. It loosened up a bit. But then by Friday morning it was really sore.

I saw a chiropractor Friday and that helped a little but when I ran my race Saturday (see next blog post) it was still bothering me. Unfortunately I decided to skip my 5 mile race today (Sunday) so that it can continue to get better. My next run is scheduled for Tuesday so hopefully it's back to normal by then. Bummer.
