Personal Training

So I hit the gym TWICE today. Dedication, I know. ;-) I had my personal training scheduled for 5:30 and then I went back for yoga at 8:00. There was a different instructor than last week and I liked him better. He went through the poses at a slightly slower pace. I think starting next week I might start going on Wednesdays too. We'll see.

Audrey kicked my butt today. When she demonstrates things she makes it look so easy. Then I have to do it and I pretty much die. She tells me she gives me hard exercises so that makes me feel better. I was actually good at the first set I did today, so I was happy. :-D But I'm feeling better so I'm keeping it up!
