10K Training - Week 3B Day 4

Two miles and some strength training today. Nothing too major. Found a similar loop near school for my run today. It's shorter (obviously) but the second half is the same as Tuesday's run. The weather wasn't great today, but still nice running weather. I like to be a little cold when I start out so I don't get too hot. I was out today in capris and a long-sleeved t-shirt. The houses in the neighborhoods around school are s cool looking. It makes my run go by much faster.
I've also noticed that recently I've been running a faster pace...hopefully I'm starting to build some speed so I can start dropping time in my races. I have a 5K on Saturday morning so hopefully I'll be able to PR again!
Rest day tomorrow and a massage...excellent start to the weekend. :)
