Brrrrrr!!!!!!

I went to the gym this evening as it is fourteen degrees outside. I was supposed to do 30 minutes of cross training, so I did a hill walk on the treadmill. Even though I was walking, it was hard work and I was sweating like crazy! I saw the workout on a blog I was reading, and I tweaked it to make it 5 minutes longer. It was tough but I felt really good once I finished. The gym wasn't too crowded since I was there on the late side. I have my second personal training tomorrow afternoon and I'm also supposed to run 2 miles. I'm planning on completing those miles on the treadmill.

The speed was set at 4.0 mph the whole time.
