So I joined LA Fitness and signed up for personal training! I figured this would be a great way to be healthier and get into better shape. It will also keep me motivated. It is hard to be motivated during the winter. I've been there once this week, and I'm planning on going tomorrow and Sunday. I figured I'll do my two longer runs outdoors and then I'll do my shorter runs at the gym. I want to tone up so I will do some strength training a couple days too. And they have a lap pool,so possibly some laps on Sunday! I'm pretty excited! Hopefully I will be running faster while looking great!

I did some intervals on the treadmill for five miles. I was really pushing the speed on some of them. I will count treadmill miles towards my total!
